SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mining and can be used in safety valve in tubing. The well tool includes flow channel passing longitudinally through the well tool, internal chamber with dielectric fluid, and flow path that ensures hydraulic link between the internal chamber and flow channel, which includes at least two changes of the flow direction. At that the flow path contains multiple sections of the flow paths passing longitudinally from the top manifold to the bottom manifold. At that changing opposite ends of the adjacent sections of the flow paths are hydraulically linked with each other by means of the top and bottom manifolds. At that each of top and bottom manifolds is connected with at least three sections of the flow paths.

EFFECT: improved reliability of the safety valve.
