Method comprises drilling a borehole and a fluid circulating through wellbore during drilling, modelling pressure losses in fluid friction, determining a calibration factor which is applied to modelled losses in fluid friction pressure, controlling drilling based on change in calibration factor and Hydrostatic term in equation: WHP = Desired - Friction - Hydrostatic, where WHP is pressure applied to wellbore at or near surface of wellbore, Desired is desired pressure in any location of wellbore, Friction is actual fluid friction in borehole, Hydrostatic is hydrostatic pressure of wellbore.
EFFECT: technical result is high accuracy of pressure control in wellbore.
