FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to production of hot-stamped sheet used in fabrication of vehicle power absorbing elements. Sheet is made of steel containing in wt %: 0.002-0.1 of C, 0.01-0.5 of Si, 0.5 to less than 1.0 of Mn+Cr, 0.1 or less of P, 0.01 or less of S, 0.05 or less of Al, 0.005 of less of N, if required 0.0005-0.004 of B, Fe, unavoidable impurities making the rest. This sheet features microstructure consisting of, in terms of area ratio, 0% or larger and less than 90% of martensite, at least 10% of beinite and less than 0.5% of ferrite and pearlite, or microstructure consisting of at least 99.5% of beinite ferrite and less than 0.5% of ferrite and pearlite.
EFFECT: safety elements that feature high power absorption at longitudinal contraction and bending.
