Steel sheet contains, by weight%: C: 0.005% to 0.12%, Si: 0.50% to 2.0%, Mn: 0.50% or less (not including 0%), Al: 0.010% to 1.0%, P: 0.1000% or less (not including 0%), S: 0.0100% or less (not including 0%), N: 0.0100% or less (not including 0%), O: 0.0100% or less (not including 0%), optionally at least one of Ti: 0.10% or less, not including 0%, and Nb: 0.10% or less, not including 0%, the rest is iron and unavoidable impurities. The fraction of the ferrite area at a depth of 1/4 of the thickness of the steel sheet is 80% or more, and the point Ac3 (°C), determined by the equation: Point Ac3 (°C) = 910 - 203 × [C]1/2 + 44,7 × [Si] - 30 × [Mn] + 700 × [P] + 400 × [Al] + 400 × [Ti], where [C], [Si], [Mn], [P], [Al] and [Ti] represent the content of the corresponding components in steel in wt.%, is 890 °C or more.
