FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: hot-rolled steel sheet is heated to 900-960°C at a speed of no more than 7°C/s, held for 4-5 minutes, formed and cooled in a mould at a speed of 30-80°C/s for obtaining hot-rolled product with temporary resistance of up to 2200 N/mm2. The steel sheet is obtained from boron-containing steel, alloyed with Si-Mn-Cr and microalloyed with Ti-Nb-V or built on the principle of low-carbon martensitic steel, alloyed with Si-Mn-Cr-Ni and microalloyed with Mo-Ti-Nb-V. The product has temporary resistance of 800-1300 N/mm2.
EFFECT: manufacturing of complex shape products of different strength categories with high time resistance values, yield point, cold resistance, corrosion resistance, high plasticity and weldability.
