FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is referred to regasification of liquefied natural gas (LNG), and namely to methods and systems wherein Brayton cycles are used for LNG regasification. Electric power installation for LNG degasification includes the following: compressor intended for compression of working fluid; heat recuperation system intended for heat supply to working fluid; turbine intended for operation using working fluid. As well as one or more heat exchangers intended for heat transfer from working fluid to liquefied natural gas of the first state under the first pressure and to liquefied natural gas of the second state under the second pressure and to compressed working fluid. The invention also describes method for implementation LNG regasification and modification of the device for LNG regasification.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows improvement in efficiency of liquefaction process as well as total efficiency of power generation cycle using waste heat.
