FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a control and/or indication device of an unsteady oil level in an oil collector of a screw compressor under different operating conditions of the screw compressor. The device is optic device 4. Such optic device 4 has no mechanically moving elements that can be frequently damaged under heavy operating conditions of the device and is related to electronic data analysis device 6 having a possibility of being connected to an engine control unit of the vehicle, thus allowing to obtain signals on the operating mode of the vehicle and to analyse them together with signals from optic device 4.

EFFECT: according to the invention, a control and indication device of oil level of a screw compressor is proposed, the reliability of which is improved in comparison to level of equipment and in which erroneous measurements are excluded.
