SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for diagnosing and monitoring air supply plants, comprising the following components: compressor (1) with a drive configured to provide compressed air for said system, an air dryer configured to remove moisture from the compressed air in said system, at least two sensors (2), wherein one sensor is located and configured to record the state signal of the monitored component, and the other sensor is arranged and configured to register a control signal with respect to said monitored component, and evaluation unit (3) configured to evaluate the sensor signals. Evaluation unit is also configured to transform, based on an evaluation algorithm, signals of sensors into signals of maintenance and/or control, which regulate mode of operation and intervals of maintenance of installation of air supply.
