The device includes positive and negative sources of reference voltages, a key diagram for switching of polarity of reference voltage sources, a generator of synchronising pulses, a feedback adder, differential metering tanks and a synchronous detector. The device includes the second synchronous detector. Outputs of the first and the second synchronous detectors are connected to non-inverting and inverting inputs of a low-pass filter.
