SUBSTANCE: device for receiving a cartridge with an ingredient and extracting of the ingredient by passing a heated liquid through the cartridge comprises a cartridge slot, which has an open state for receiving and/or removal of the cartridge from this device and a closed state for extracting the ingredient; and a device for force generation for promoting the movement of opening or closing the cartridge slot. The device for force generation can be connected to the means for damping the movement of opening and closing of the cartridge slot, performed under the action of the device for force generation. The device may have a handle movable by the consumer, which is connected to the feedback device at the end of travel to provide the appropriate feedback to the consumer, putting the handle in motion.
