SUBSTANCE: tire has carcass and includes breaker and tread located outside the carcass where: relation between cross-section width SW and outer diameter OD of tire is SW/OD ≤ 0.26, if SW < 165 mm, and if SW ≥ 165 mm, then relation between SW and OD is calculated from the formula: OD ≥ 2.035×SW+282.3. And on the condition that V1 expresses volume of rubber being inside relative to both butt ends of breaker layer with maximum width having maximum width in transversal direction among breaker layers, and being at the same time outside relative to reinforcing element being the outermost of breaker layers, in central part in transversal direction of tire, and V2 expresses total volume of all grooves created on tread surface, then the relation is V2/V1 ≤ 20%.
EFFECT: lower wind resistance and rolling resistance.
