SUBSTANCE: Pean's forceps for surgical true placental rotation into an anterior uterine wall comprises two branches, two of which are connected by a hinge axis, a working fenestrated portion in the form of thrust jaws indented on an inner surface, a gear rack and a ringed handle. A working portion has an oval two-fenestrated shape for vascular compression along the perimeter of a placental rotation point into the anterior uterine wall. Thrust jaws are configured to close tightly when bringing the branches together and have an arch along the surface, which is shaped after an anatomical form of an inferior uterine segment. A middle portion of the thrust jaws is straight.

EFFECT: simplifying and increasing the effectiveness of intraoperative uterine bleeding control in true placental rotation, reducing the length of operation, enabling the organ-preserving operation instead of total hysterectomy by stagnation of placental-uterine blood flow in the placental rotation point into the anterior uterine wall by mechanical vascular compression along the perimeter of the placental rotation point into the uterus.
