FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of highly molecular compounds, in particular to obtaining polymer products, containing anhydride groups in composition of macromolecules. method of obtaining maleated 1,2-polybutadienes consists in interaction of solution of syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene with molecular weight 10000-90000 in organic solvent with maleic anhydride; method is characterised by the fact that syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene with degree of syndiotacticity 50-90% and content in macromolecules of 1,2 units equal 90-95%, is used; reaction is carried out with molar ratio 1,2-polybutadiene:maleic anhydride 1:0.81-1.1, at temperature 201-210°C for 8.5-12 hours, with ionol being applied as gel-formation inhibitor.
EFFECT: improvement of target product quality, reduction of energy consumption, elimination of chemically aggressive and corrosion-active substances from the process of synthesis of maleated 1,2 polybutadienes.
