FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment, particularly to water desalination by ion exchange and can be used in power generation, nuclear power production, pharmaceutical industry, etc. Proposed process comprises the steps that follow. Mixed bed is discharged from combined-action filter into cation-exchange regenerator filter. Cation and anion are separated in cation exchanger and anion exchanger cation exchanger recovery filter. The entire volume of anion and cation exchangers is transferred from crossed contamination zone to anion-exchange recovery filter and recovery of the content of the filter of anionite recovery by the solution of sodium hydroxide followed by water flushing. Cationite left in recovery filter is recovered by acid solution with water flushing. Reloading of recovery filters content into combined action filter is accompanied by mixing of mixed bed and flushing it with water. Content of anionite recovery filter before reloading into combined-action filter is additionally treated by ammonium hydroxide solution in concentration of 0.1-1 wt %.
EFFECT: accelerated recovery by 20%, reduced water consumption by 25-50%, simplified process.
