SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hybrid transport facilities. This vehicle comprises ICE, electrical generator, storage battery, motor, power transfer engagement/disengagement unit, engagement rpm calculation unit, ICE control unit, engagement/disengagement unit control assy and required output calculation unit. In vehicle motion, engine control unit makes engine run at equal output lines connecting medium working points whereat required output magnitude can be maintained. In operation at equal output line at engagement of the clutch no shock occurs and higher efficiency results. Besides, this invention relates to control over said above described vehicle.
EFFECT: ruled out clutch shock, higher efficiency at engagement.
