FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: drive has engine made of electric and hydraulic turbine, toothed reduction gear kinematically connected to AC electric generator and reversible electric and mechanical converter, cutting off clutch, distributing box, main inertial power accumulator, clutch, automatic multiple-speed gear box, cardan drive, drive of driving axle of the vehicle, tank for oil provided with pipe lines, unit for controlling the drive, and power source. The electric and hydraulic turbine consists of fixed case, driving shaft electrically connected with the case and provided at least with one ring discharging chamber having ring dischargers arranged over its longitudinal axis, turbine blades received in space of the case, rigidly secured in shaft body and inclined to inner surface of the case, and generator of high voltage spark discharges connected to the ring dischargers and the power source. Radial through openings are provided in the shaft oppositely to each blade. The openings connect the ring discharging chamber with the space for arranging the blades. The ring discharging chamber and the space for arranging the turbine blades are filled with driving fluid. The electric and hydraulic turbine is additionally provided with inertial power accumulator, received within the space of the case and mounted on the shaft. Positive feedback consists of hydraulic motor whose output shaft is coupled to the shaft of AC electric generator through an overrunning clutch, flexible hose positioned within the discharging chamber, fixed branch pipes mounted in the shaft of the turbine, oil tank, pipe line system and kinematical connections. Ring dischargers are made of two coaxial cylindric grids arranged over longitudinal axis of the ring discharging chamber. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 10 cl, 7 dwg
