FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method is proposed for acoustic monitoring of offshore parameters variability, consisting in formation of an acoustic route of sound propagation in sea medium and processing of an acoustic signal received by a receiving element of the route, which includes measurement of sound propagation speed, temperature and pressure in the reference zone of the water body at fixed horizons, free of pollution of anthropogenic nature, at the same time produced values of measured speed of sound propagation are reference values for this water body and are entered into the memory of the computing device in the acoustic monitoring facility, during formation of the acoustic sound propagation route in the sea environment and processing of the acoustic signal received by the receiving element of the route, measurement of sound propagation speed is carried out at temperature and pressure, which correspond to temperature and pressure of the received reference values of sound propagation speed at fixed horizons of the area of water of the investigated water body.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the method of acoustic monitoring of variability of parameters of offshores, expansion of functional capabilities.
