FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forecasting methods of catastrophic phenomena. Essence of the invention is as follows: variations of a magnetic field, magnetic induction of an electromagnetic field, an electrical component of the electromagnetic field, acoustic noises, seismic noises, hydrodynamic noise of the sea in zones of tectonic fractures is measured. Assessment of possible occurrence of catastrophic phenomena is performed when the global maximum value is achieved, which is equal to an average value between amplitudes characterising levels of geophysical and hydrophysical fields in natural state and when the Sun and the Moon is on one and the same celestial line. In addition, two-dimensional and three-dimensional reconstruction of distribution of electronic concentration in ionosphere is performed; vertical distribution of ozone from surface layer to stratosphere is controlled; densities, temperatures, wind velocities are measured; aerosols are investigated; activation of fractures is controlled in atmosphere - change of permeability, migration of gases, including radon emanation, air ionisation with α-particles, ion hydration - formation of large cluster ions, convective rise of ions, separation of charges, drift in an electronic field, formation of linear cloud structures, formation of abnormalities of temperature and pressure, reactive flows; ionosphere includes control of the change of conductivity of a boundary layer as well, growth of atmospheric electrical field, effects of an abnormal electrical field, capture of VLF noises, precipitation of electrons of high energies; magnetosphere includes measurement of longitudinal irregularities of electronic concentration.
EFFECT: enlarging functional capabilities; improving forecast reliability.
