FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: during assemblage of the missile engine nozzle with elastic support hinge joint the nozzle is installed vertically by mating flange on the base surface of the mating flange of the rigid base, and the elastic support hinge joint is compressed with set force. Then movable part of the nozzle is fixed relatively to the fixed part by the interlocking devices. The movable part of the nozzle is secured relatively to the fixed part with the discrete increasing of the securing force to the set values. During each increasing of the securing force in two mutually perpendicular axial planes, one of which passes through the lock device, the deviation from the perpendicularity of axis of the movable nozzle part relatively to the base surface of the mating flange of the rigid base is monitored. If necessary, by securing force change of the lock devices the perpendicularity is corrected to the rated value.

EFFECT: invention excludes deformation of the nozzle with elastic support hinge joint during assemblage, reduces labour intensity.
