FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method includes air supply and contaminated air removal by the blower creating vortex circulating loop. Clean air is supplied to the open well space for 7 minutes at pressure up to 1.5 kg/cm2 with possibility of its speed increasing at bottom of the open well. Then switching to the suction pipe is performed, and contaminated air is removed creating vacuum in well to 0.4 kg/cm2 for 7 minutes with continuous determination of the gas type and its concentration. Then the process is repeated until the permitted concentration of the contaminated air as per all parameters. The device contains vertical well, blower, supply and exhaust ducts with valves and PSV. The ducts are connected via the outlet and inlet valves of the compressor. Each of the ducts in bottom part has holes at same spacing through the duct height with uniform hole diameters decreasing from Laval nozzle. The diameters of the bottom row of holes are larger then hole diameters of the top row by 2 tines with increment through height 0.1 of duct diameter, and total area equal to 25% of area of duct cross-section. The holes are located in the horizontal plane of the duct cross-section symmetrically to each other and with displacement of the horizontal rows of holes relatively the previous row. On the exhaust duct the gas content sensor is installed.
EFFECT: increased reliability and quality of cleaning of the sewerage wells and slurry pits off the harmful gases, reduced time for cleaning with simultaneous monitoring of the exhausted gas composition.
