FIELD: sewerage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sewerage systems. Apparatus includes a central pipeline 3 with at least three layers of the injection and exhaust system elements secured thereon made in the form of cylindrical circular elements 7 divided into 8 sectors and operating simultaneously in one or another mode set by the programme (injection/exhaust, static/dynamic mode). The dynamic mode is provided by elements of the apparatus: the reversible electric engine 28 driving a worm gear (such as a tractor/automobile steering or a crank-rod mechanism) through the reducer gearbox, imparting reciprocating motion on the cleaning unit (pipeline 3 with cylindrical circular elements 7 secured thereon) within the up/down movement limits set by the programme for the programmed time. The elements of the reversing apparatus, i.e., apparatus for activating the dynamic mode, are implemented due to the rigid linking thereof with the central pipeline 3 with the elements secured thereon. The composition and type of gases being removed is determined by the passage thereof through the unit 25 for indicating the type and composition of hazardous gases being removed, installed in the apparatus and configured to automatically compare the level of hazard of said gases with the set limit concentrations or doses thereof. Possibility for operators to commence work inside the liquid manure tank or well occurs only after the indication unit 26 automatically displays the word "Safe".

EFFECT: automation of the processes of cleaning wells and liquid manure tanks from hazardous gases leads to a possibility of fully ensuring the safety of workers and cutting the period of preparatory (non-productive) works almost in 2, thereby reducing the total time required for cleaning and restoring the operability of sewerage systems of the industrial or housing and municipal sector.
