FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering and can be used for damping sewage flow after pressure water lines, pipelines in a receiving well. Absorber of energy of moving sewage liquid after the pressure supply pipe in the receiving well includes supply and discharge branch pipes, a well of cylindrical shape, a reflecting screen placed coaxially to the opening of the supply branch pipe in the form of a ring element. Well is made from impact-resistant and chemically resistant material – glass composite. Reflecting screen is made in the form of an assembled element including a straight horizontal solid circle with vertically fixed metal rods with a gap relative to each other, free ends of the rods are fixed on the flange of the outlet part of the fluid supplying pipe. At the same time rods are made of different length with possibility of replacement depending on value of head of sewage liquid supplied to screen, and are made of chemically resistant material – stainless steel. On the lower surface of the well there is a concrete element, the upper part of which has a recess for the supply branch pipe and an inclined part for supply of the sewage liquid flow from the supply branch pipe to the discharge branch pipe. On the upper surface of the well there is a ventilation supply-and-exhaust system including supply and exhaust ventilation. Supply ventilation is equipped with an inlet branch pipe arranged in the well and having a length providing air distribution throughout the volume of the well, and a check valve in it. Exhaust ventilation is equipped with an exhaust branch pipe arranged in the well and having a check valve. In addition, on the upper surface of the well there is an inspection hatch above the supply branch pipe and a hatch-manhole above the stairs, which is installed on the side surface inside the well. Supply and discharge branch pipes, baffle plate, supply and exhaust branch pipes, ladder and inspection hatch with manhole are made of impact-resistant and chemically resistant material – glass composite.
EFFECT: increased service life of the device, simplified design, increased efficiency of energy damping of sewage fluid flow, expanded functional capabilities.
