FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes treating an ion-exchange resin based on a quaternary ammonium base with an iodine-containing solution. Before treatment, the resin is flooded with saturated NaOH solution. The resin is then washed with distilled water to pH not higher than 8. The resin is then immersed in an aqueous solution of polydimethyl diallyl ammonium ionohydrate, after which the bactericide is washed with distilled water once more.
EFFECT: high effectiveness of effect on microflora.
