FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: to ensure this method a boring bar with cutting tool is used, it is located on the eccentric bearings in the movable sleeve made with cutting and burnish teeth. The movable sleeve is based in the initial position prior to the work medium supply, and straight work stroke of the boring bar is performed, during it the boring, traction and burnishing of the deep hole are combined. During reverse work stroke of the boring bar the re-burnishing of the machined hole is performed. In the pipe blank uniform tight cavity is created by thread cutting on the external surface of its ends, and by fixation on them of the left and right blinds with throttles. The movable sleeve basing in the initial position prior to the work medium supply is ensured in the bore made prior to the machining at input to the deep hole of the pipe blank with minimum length equal to the movable sleeve length. For the straight work stroke of the boring bar the work medium is supplied via the throttle of the left blind until the movable sleeve will achieve the right blind, and the rotating and translational movements of the boring bar are combined with its planetary motion around the movable sleeve axis. For the reverse work stroke of the boring bar the work medium is supplied via the right blond throttle.

EFFECT: simple process of the hole machining, increased quality of the machined surface.
