SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment. A breast attachment comprises a tubular connector and a funnel, which is integrated with the connector and applicable on the mother's breast, and extended at a first opening angle towards its free side facing from the connector. The breast attachment comprises a passage extending from a funnel end from the breast side to the end of the connector from the pump side and opposite the end from the breast side, and used to supply vacuum to the mother's breast and to discharge the expressed breast milk. The funnel has the more flexible structure, than the connector. The funnel has a primary segment with the first opening angle of the passage and an end segment arranged from the breast side and having the second opening angle of the passage. In the resting position of the breast attachment, the first opening angle is less than the second opening angle. The breast attachment is configured to enlarge at least the first opening angle under axial pressure of the breast attachment in the working position. A wall thickness of the connector is considerably more than the wall thickness of the funnel. The funnel can have a Shore hardness of approximately 50, whereas the Shore hardness of the connector is approximately 70. What is disclosed is a breast milk expression device using the breast attachment.
