FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment. A membrane vacuum pump is equipped with an electric drive unit and a vacuum membrane, which divides a pump chamber into a compartment nearby the drive and a compartment remote from the drive, and which is deflectable by means of a moving member of the drive unit. The drive unit is an electromagnetic drive unit, wherein the moving member is configured reciprocating. The vacuum membrane is deflectable towards the above reciprocation generated in the drive unit electromagnetically. The vacuum membrane is rigidly attached to a first end of the moving member. What is provided is a vent valve having a vent membrane, which is rigidly attached to a second end of the above member. The above membranes form a moving member bracket in the drive unit. The moving member is functionally connected to the vent valve to aerate the membrane vacuum pump. The reciprocation generated by the drive unit is able of actuating the vent valve. Controlling the moving member by means of a controller provides completing the first and second motions to generate vacuum in the pump chamber and the third motion to actuate the vent valve. The third motion is directed in the same direction, as the second one, but displaces at a greater distance.
EFFECT: pump provides ease of hands-free use.
