SUBSTANCE: claimed method comprises the steps that follow. Upper deck of definite weight is installed nearby one or several barges with the system of load-bearing carcass. Note here that said load-bearing carcass system has assembly for upper deck fastening. Upper deck weight portion is carried to one or several barges. Upper deck weight is supported in vertical by load-bearing carcass and connects in cross-wise direction said upper deck with fastening assembly at load-bearing carcass system at one or several barges. Upper deck is secured in vertical with the system of load-bearing carcass by fast-release joint at application of tensioning force to upper deck irrespective of supporting the upper deck by load-bearing carcass. Upper deck and one or several barges are transferred to sea platform. Relative vertical mark between upper deck and sea platform is adjusted. Parts of upper deck weight are carried to sea platform. Upper deck is detached in cross-wise direction from fastening assembly at load-bearing carcass on every barge. Upper deck is detached in vertical from load-bearing carcass to actuate the fast-release joint system. System to install upper deck onto sea platform including: platform upper deck of definite weight resting on one or several barges with the system of load-nearing carcass, each being provided with upper deck attachment assembly. Note here that load-bearing carcass can support in vertical upper deck weight. Upper deck is installed in cross-wise direction from fastening assembly at load-bearing carcass on every barge. Means of fastening in vertical of upper deck to load-bearing carcass system by fast-release joint system irrespective of support of upper-deck weight by load-bearing carcass. Upper deck is detached in cross-wise direction from fastening assembly at load-bearing carcass on every barge. Upper deck is detached in vertical from load-bearing carcass to actuate the fast-release joint system.
EFFECT: creation of system with the platform upper deck that can be retained in vertical by released synchronously at resting on sea platform during installation.
