FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical classifiers volutes for separation of grinding products and can be used in mining, construction, gold-mining, etc. Classifier blade is composed of a carcass consisting of two bearing plates rigidly connected by crosswise elements with holes or grooves. The number of crosswise elements exceeds two while lengthwise spokes of round, or rectangular, or square, or triangular cross-section extend through said crosswise elements and rigidly coupled with one of said crosswise elements. Size of said holes or grooves in crosswise elements is larger than that of spoke cross-section. Aforesaid carcass is coated with wear-proof resilient material while are of coated surface can vary. Bearing plates have fastening holes for reliable attachment to classifier spokes. Crosswise elements can be composed of strips, angle-pieces. Said carcass is coated, completely or partially, with wear-proof resilient material by forming or moulding. Said carcass is made of metal or composite.
EFFECT: longer life, simplified design, decreased weight of the entire structure.
