FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: set of fasteners for installing external fixators in a dog comprises a clamp with two bars, wherein each bar has a groove and two holes for connecting the bars using a securing bolt with a nut. The set additionally includes an open clamp and a lightweight open clamp, as well as a shaped sleeve and a cylindrical sleeve. The groove on the bar is triangular, the holes are smooth. The end side of the bar opposite to the surface with a triangular groove is made corrugated. The opened clamp is shaped as a tetrahedral elongated prism with an axial through threaded hole with smooth holes and a recess of a hook profile shape spaced along the height of the clamp, and has two smooth through holes on adjacent faces, perpendicular to the clamp axis. The lightweight open clamp is made with a smooth hole perpendicular to the clamp axis and with an L-shaped recess. The end side of the open clamp and the lightweight open clamp, opposite to the recesses, is made corrugated. The shaped sleeve has a hexagonal head with a triangular groove on the end and a conical collar, with teeth made along the edge of said collar. The cylindrical sleeve has a triangular groove on one end, and radially directed teeth are made on the end surface opposite the grooved surface.
EFFECT: expanded range of functional capabilities for minimally invasive installation of an external fixator, access to fixation of small bone fragments, as well as speed and ease of configuration of the apparatus and manipulating bone fragments; possibility of amending the configuration of the assembled structure without disassembly; stability of fixation of bone fragments, provided by the optimal number of transosseous wires; expanded range of medical aids that are simple and inexpensive in production and effective in operation.
