FIELD: mining; opencast mining. SUBSTANCE: method consists in employment of transportless or transport- dumping process in extraction of lower strata of barren rocks. Deposit is mined by preliminary preparation of minimal worked out space down to final depth of open cast with formation of diagonal front of work relative to deposit long axis with length providing for normal performance of overburden operations and normal gradients of truck roads in extraction of mineral bed. EFFECT: reduced costs for overburden operations. 3 dwg
