SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Methods include the identification of patients with multiple sclerosis, which have a higher risk of developing a secondary autoimmune disease after the depletion of lymphocytes, caused by, for instance, a course of treatment with an anti-CD52 antibody. Methods of selecting a scheme of treatment for the patients with MS and reagents, suitable for application in the said methods, are also claimed. The claimed group of inventions can be used in medicine.
EFFECT: claimed are the methods of diagnosing the patients with multiple sclerosis (MS).
