FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: in particular, the invention relates to transport construction and can be used at automation, for example of earth-moving machines intended to construct a road bed, as well as to arrange bases and pavements of automobile roads. A horizontal noise-proof pendulum angle meter with high sensitivity with regard to a useful signal and dampened by forces proportional to its "absolute speed", which differs by the fact that a horizontal pendulum consists of a laminated set of circular thin plates one end of which is fixed on the axis, and the other one is fixed on an unbalanced plank, which is placed in a closed tight housing made in the form of a cylinder, the axis of which coincides with the pendulum axis, fully filled with a damping liquid, mounted on the plate so that one side of the housing is installed on the plate in a hinged manner, and the other side is attached to the plate by means of an adjustment bolt, by means of which constant angle value α is set, closed by a tight cover in which there are holes with protective plugs, and a converter of useful angle β to an electric signal. As a result, the proposed device has high sensitivity with regard to the useful signal and an increased oscillation period, as well as at action of interference in the form of pulse horizontal acceleration acting in the swing plane of the pendulum; the latter obtains inconsiderable false deviation β that is damped quickly as a result of damping of the pendulum relative to "liquid heavy balanced body".
EFFECT: integration of positive properties of a horizontal pendulum with a vertical one, thus providing damping of the pendulum by forces proportional to "absolute" speed.
