FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: blisk disk rotation assembly fixed on the bed is implemented in the form of replaceable capstan installed by means of the bushing in the replaceable housing mounted on the bed along its flank and bearing surfaces. The bearing surface of the head housing is implemented with formation of inclination angles α and β with reference to the horizontal plane providing the guiding of the upset force of the welding machine along the normal to the plane of cross section of the welded blisk disk taking into account the inclination angle of its conical surface and rotation of the welded section of blades with reference to the axis of the blisk disk taking into account the direction of oscillation of the welding machine. The hydraulic actuator is installed in the housing with a possibility of transmission of pressing force and holding of the blisk disk during welding, and also for raising of the base at change of position of the blisk disk for welding of each following blade. In the base of the capstan the holes are made the number of which corresponds to the number of welded blades, for engagement of blades with the sliding clamp installed with a possibility of its axial movement in the hole made in the bushing.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand functionality of the device and to reduce labour input of preparation of fabrication of blisks of different standard sizes.
