FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of monowheels by friction welding, mainly for gas turbine engine rotors. Fixed on device bed replaceable housing with turret head contains hydraulic drive with possibility of force transfer for monowheel disc pressing and holding during welding, as well as for lifting the base when changing the position of the disc of the monowheel for welding of each next blade. In base of turret head there are holes, the number of which corresponds to number of welded blades, for engagement of blade with movable retainer arranged with possibility of its axial movement in hole made in bushing. Proposed device comprises servo drive assembly arranged on replaceable housing to transmit rotation to turret head by toothed belt.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the device and reducing the labour intensity of the production of welded monowheels.
