SUBSTANCE: device contains: block for protection against power loss, executing block of output disconnection, first timer, starting gear of automatic load transfer (comprises: residual voltage control block in busbars section with lost power supply, voltage control block in adjacent busbars section, first logic element AND, second timer), control block of automatic load transfer, block for communication with APCS, second logic element AND, executing block of section breaker closing. The control block is made as processor, to its input information is supplied from the sensors of current, voltage of the power system, and information from enterprise APCS.

EFFECT: increased stability of the process systems due to inclusion in the control block of the automatic load transfer ensuring calculations and selection of the optimal work algorithm for the given operation mode of the enterprise and power system.
