SUBSTANCE: device comprises: a power supply voltage monitoring unit, a SFP unit, a voltage monitoring unit for bus sections, an executive disable input unit, a first timer, a first positive 2AND gate, a second positive 2AND gate, an executive enable input unit, a OR-NOT gate, a third positive 2AND gate, a fourth positive 2AND gate, a second timer, an executive enable bus section switch unit. The executive disable input unit is the output of the first stage of power loss protection and effects on disconnection of the input switcher of the power-losing bus section of the distributing gear. The executive enable input unit is the output of ACR and effects on connection of the input switcher. The executive enable bus section switch unit is the output of ATCB and effects on connection of the section switch. The proposed device is designed to increase the stability of industrial enterprises with large electric motors (EM) and is installed in the cells of distributing gears of transformer substations supplying synchronous electric motors.
EFFECT: increasing the continuous operation of industrial enterprises with large electric motors by preserving power from two external sources, facilitating the conditions for self-starting the electric motor, reducing the number of commutations.
