SUBSTANCE: invention relates to carboxamide derivatives, selected from: N-(aminosulphonyl)-2-{[(3,5-dimethoxy-4-methylbenzoyl)(3-phenylpropyl)amino]methyl}-1,3-thiazole-4-carboxamide, 2-{[(3,5-dimethoxy-4-methylbenzoyl)(3-phenylpropyl)amino]-methyl}-N-[(ethylamino)sulphonyl]-1,3-thiazole-4-carboxamide, 2-{[(4-ethyl-3,5-dimethoxybenzoyl)(3-phenylpropyl)amino]-methyl}-5-methyl-N-[(methylamino)sulphonyl]-1,3-thiazole-4-carboxamide, 2-({[(5-methoxypyridin-2-yl)acetyl](3-phenylpropyl)-amino}methyl)-N-(dimethylsulphamoyl)-5-methyl-1,3-thiazole-4-carboxamide, N-(dimethylsulphamoyl)-2-[({[1-(5-methoxypyridin-2-yl)-cyclopropyl]carbonyl}[3-(5-methyl-2-furyl)propyl]amino)methyl]-5-methyl-1,3-thiazole-4-carboxamide and N-(dimethylsulphamoyl)-2-[([3-(3-fluorophenyl)propyl]{[1-(5-methoxypyridin-2-yl)cyclopropyl]carbonyl}amino)methyl]-5-methyl-1,3-thiazole-4-carboxamide. Invention also relates to pharmaceutical composition, application of said compounds and to method of prevention and/or treatment of diseases.
EFFECT: carboxamide derivatives, possessing antagonistic activity with respect to LPA-receptor.
