FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of 2-(iminomethyl)aminobenzene of the general formula (I) where A means: or radical presented in the invention claim where R₁ and R₂ mean independently hydrogen atom, OH-group, linear or branched alkyl or alkoxyl with from 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R₃ means hydrogen atom, linear or branched alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms or radical R₄ where R₄ means a linear or branched alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms either radicals presented in the invention claim; R₅ means hydrogen atom, OH-group or linear or branched alkyl or alkoxyl with 1-6 carbon atoms; B means thienyl; X means -Z₁-, Z₁- CO-, -Z₁-NR₃-CO-, -CH=CH-CO- or an ordinary bond; Y means a radical taken among radicals -Z₂-Q, piperazinyl, homopiperazinyl, -NR₃-CO- Z₂-Q-, -NR₃-O-Z₂-, -O-Z₂-Q- where Q means an ordinary bond, -O- Z₃- and -N(R₃)-Z₃-, Z₁,Z₂ and Z₃ mean independently an ordinary bond or linear or branched alkylene with 1-6 carbon atoms; Z₁,Z₂ and Z₃ mean preferably -(CH₂)_m- being m means a whole number from 0 to 6; R₆ means hydrogen atom or OH-group, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
