FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of mechanical removing the forest residues from the forest belt comprises creation in it of places of breaks for removal of forest residues from there and formation of heaps of forest residues by the pickup loader comprising a frame, a raking device, a jogging device and the lateral pipe-limiters, which jogging device is made in the form of a wall rigidly fixed on two symmetrical roller mechanisms, moved along the lateral pipe-limiters along the raking device to its ends by means of articulated four-link chains, mounted on the pickup loader frame and driven by hydraulic cylinders, which are one of their links which are pivotally mounted between the brackets of the pickup loader frame and the consoles of the links of the four-link chains connected to the roller mechanisms. Formation of heaps of forest residues is carried out between rows of forest belts and their edges. Between the rows the collection of forest residues is carried out alternately by oncoming motion of the pickup loader along the rows of trees with entering into the breaks created in edge rows of forest belts or adjacent to them, and subsequent departure from them, and removal of forest residues - by the entering of the vehicle in one of the breaks of edge row of forest belts or adjacent to it with the loading it from the heaps formed between rows by the pickup loader, and departure with reverse motion to the same break. The collection of forest residues from the edges is carried out when movement of the pickup loader along the row of the forest belt with the stops for loading them into vehicles and removal for further use. The distance between the breaks in edge and adjacent rows of forest belts is determined based on the amount of forest residues in the forest belt and the filling volume of the pickup loader with the forest residues according to the formula: 2L=Q/Qb, wherein Q, m3/rm is possible amount of forest residues between the rows of the forest belt; Qb, m3 is the filling volume of the pickup loader with the pickup forest residues; L, rm is the length of the path on which the pickup loader will be filled with forest residues.
EFFECT: method enables to provide convenience and efficiency of removal of forest residues in the limited space between the rows of forest belts and their edges.
