FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for preventing haemorrhage during myomectomy. The above method consists in introducing Tranexam 1.0 g dissolved in 0.9% sodium chloride 200 ml for 20-30 minutes intravenously drop-by-drop 30-45 minutes before a surgical intervention.
EFFECT: invention provides reducing perioperative blood loss and preventing coagulopathic haemorrhage during myomectomy.
