SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to operative gynecology, and is used to select a method of myomectomy using the S.N.A.L.T.A. uterotomy score scale. Clinical and ultrasonic examination of the uterus is carried out, the selection is carried out using the S.N.A.L.T.A. uterotomy score scale, where S is Size – maximum size of node, N – Number – number of nodes, A – Adenomyosis – presence of nodular adenomyosis, L – Localization – localization of node, T – Type – type of node, and last letter of abbreviation A – Anemia – anemia. According to the hemoglobin level in the general blood analysis, data are collected with subsequent assignment of points in accordance with the table in Fig. 1 description and if total score is 5-6 points, laparoscopic myomectomy is performed with no temporary occlusion of arterial bed; 7–8 points – laparotomy myomectomy is performed without temporary occlusion of the arterial bed; 9–11 points – performing laparoscopic myomectomy with temporary occlusion of arterial bed; and at 12–21 points – laparotomy myomectomy is performed with temporary occlusion of arterial bed.

EFFECT: method enables avoiding exceeding the readings to any access, reducing the number of intraoperative complications, rational approach to selection of optimal access in order to minimize possible traumatization of the anterior abdominal wall.
