FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction. A panel-frame building represents a building structure with an incomplete frame, made of columns having concrete gaps in the slab plane for a solid nodal joint, in which bearing and connecting crossbars are combined with the pillars and the slab made of slab boards resting against directly bearing crossbars. In the structure of the outer shell there is a bearing three-layer wall panel used with integrated bearing crossbar and columns, which may be made as solid with reinforcement prestressing or without, also in the assembled version with the possibility of manufacturing of crossbars and columns by the method of continuous shaping, or by traditional methods of shaping, besides, external panels are combined to each other along the vertical line due to spatial reinforcement frames.
EFFECT: improvement of a cast-in-place and precast frame connected with combination of function of bearing and barrier structure, increased extent of frame prefabrication, considerable reduction of building construction timing, increased efficiency and quality of works production.
