FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of refractory articles, particularly, shaped ceramic articles. Is can be used for production of a wide range of cheap refractory ceramic shaped articles with multiple channels or exposed grooves, including those for high-temperature ceramic filters, heat exchangers, insulators, etc. Claimed line comprises three sections. First section serves to prepare the charge by application of stock and binder ingredients grinding, proportioning and mixing equipment. Second section serves to form the article semis and comprises piston press and extruder. Third section is intended for thermal treatment of article semis in chamber electric furnace and comprises means for stock and semis conveyance inside and between said sections, power supply and control units. Note here that said first section comprises coarse and fine grinders of the charge components based on silica-alumina stock containing alumina, fused corundum and/or pyrophyllite. It includes the equipment for preparation and accommodation in first and second accumulating tanks of plasticizing component and nano-dispersed inorganic binder. It includes the equipment for batched feed and mixing of said ingredients as a homogeneous charge mix of plastic consistency. Second station additionally includes piston press composed of vacuum press-extruder for filling and compacting of charge mix inside the rotary cylinder. There are means for processing of semis to length at the outlet of replaceable shaping nozzle, hydraulic and vacuum systems, piston press supply and control unit. Press-extruder comprises housing and rotary cylinder with extruder articulated therewith and provided with replaceable shaping nozzle. Third section comprises extra drying chamber, chamber electric furnace to process semis at 650-850°C, and rail for annealing of shaped articles discharged from the furnace. Note here that outlet of said first and second sections are connected by belt conveyor for transfer of charge mix of plastic consistency to press-extruder rotary cylinder loading chamber. Outlet of second section and inlet of third section are connected by second belt conveyor to transfer semis from press-extruder via drying chamber to chamber electric furnace inlet. Furnace outlet is connected via third belt conveyor for transfer of shaped articles via rail to finished products storage.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, decreased number of rejects.
