FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes steel smelting, pouring, hot rolling, cooling with water, reeling of strips in rolls, cold rolling, recrystallisation annealing with application a zinc coating, pinch rolling and flattening. Obtaining of high level of yield strength in combination with high relative elongation, improvement of subsequent formability of strips and, as a result, increase of output of suitable stamped details with complex shape with high values of local elongation of metal, is provided due to that hot rolling is performed at the metal temperature upstream the first cage of finishing group no more than 1010°C, water cooling is conducted at a rate no less than 20°C/s, and flattening of strips by the bending and stretching machine is performed with the elongation 0.4-0.6% for the thickness up to 1.5 mm and with elongation from 0.2% up to 0.4% for thickness from 1.5 mm.
EFFECT: melted steel composition is regulated.
