FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents the linear pulse motor of the executive mechanism of the nuclear reactor control and protection system containing the cylindrical housing, the stator with circular induction windings fixed inside, and the armature located in the stator and moving under the action of the longitudinal magnetic field. Each stator winding has circular cylindrical shape and is located between internal and external magnetically conductive pipes and end face magnetically conductive disks. The space between the winding and the external pipe is filled with plastic heat-conducting material, and the external pipe consists of the longitudinal strips installed with gaps among themselves. Besides, opposite to strips in the housing the holes sealed along the perimeter are made.
EFFECT: decrease of temperature differences providing reliability and increased service life of the engine in conditions of passive cooling at natural convection.
