SUBSTANCE: invention relates to storage and transportation of cars. Pallet holder (100) comprises two sets of parallel guides (11, 12, 21, 22) for car wheels to be fed thereon. Lifting structure (30, 40) is arranged between said guides (11, 12, 21, 22) to couple them and to receive the lifter loader forks. Pallet holder (100) has loading end (60) for loading of cars (200) onto pallet holder (100) and closed end (70) opposite said loading end (60) in lengthwise direction provided with stop (71) to limit car displacement in lengthwise direction. Pallet holder (100) comprises clamp plate (50) to limit car displacement in lengthwise direction. One end of said plate (50) is connected with lifting structure (30, 40) to turn therewith while opposite end comprises trust and fastener to release plate (50) at horizontal position. Said thrust limits car displacement at pallet holder (100) loading end (60). Clamp plate (50) is arranged to displace from horizontal position to inclined position to release loading end (60) of pallet holder (100).
