SUBSTANCE: mixer includes injector to make the suspension jet, loading device for powder addition in the suspension jet, mixing chamber arranged to mix the particles with powder such that the powder adheres to the particles, and diffuser to kill the suspension such that the particles caught by the powder create agglomerates in the suspension, at that the mixing chamber in area, where its cross-section in the flow direction contracts, has a diaphragm and/or guide profile used for the suspension jet with powder swirling.
EFFECT: possibility of uniform supply of mixing energy to the suspension for more intensive powder contact with particles.
