The bearing sleeve device is used in telescopic steering shaft having outer and inner tube and contains axially movable and sealing connection of inner tube with outer tube. The bearing sleeve device has bearing sleeve and sealing element. The bearing sleeve bears against inner tube and is made of non-flexible plastic. The sealing element is moulded-on to bearing sleeve and is made of flexible plastic. The bearing sleeve is enveloped by flexible sleeve which is enveloped by end section of outer tube. Flexible sleeve along its outer perimeter has rib-shaped elements going outwards. The flexible sleeve has one sealing edge going in axial direction. Structural assembly contains the mentioned bearing sleeve device. Steering system contains the mentioned structural assembly.

EFFECT: lower noise from steering shaft.
