FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to railway disc brakes. Support wear regulator comprises screw gear and free running mechanism with coiled spring. Said screw gear exploits screw and nut to be screwed thereon. Free running mechanism can be locked in direction of screw turn opposite the wear adjustment direction and displace freely in direction opposite that of turn whereby screw can engage with fixed part. The latter is composed by wear regulator first case. Coiled spring one side interacts by friction joint with radially outward working surface of said wear regulator on one side while on opposite side is engages with screw outer working surface or that of elements turning therewith. Wear regulator first case outer working surface is made at pipe-shape ledge to make with wear regulator first case a single whole. Said brake mechanism incorporates above described wear regulator.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher accuracy of adjustment.
