SUBSTANCE: invention relates to generation of electrical energy and can be used in devices with independent power supply, which are arranged on moving objects. The device located on a moving object includes communicating vessels filled with liquid, two connectors, two converters of mechanical energy to electrical energy, two floats located in left and right communicating vessels, above which there located are mechanical energy converters connected to the floats through connectors, the outputs of which are combined and connected to the device output.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplification and improvement of efficient generation of electrical energy for independent low-duty devices installed on moving objects.
